# Face to Pixel Art (InstantID + SDXL + LCM)

This Space transforms images into retro pixel art while preserving facial identity (if a face is present) and structure.

## Features
- **Identity Preservation:** Uses InstantID to keep the face recognizable (if detected).
- **Robust Fallback:** If no face is detected, it smoothly transitions to a standard style transfer using Depth and LineArt.
- **Multiple Faces:** Automatically selects the largest/most prominent face for identity transfer, while styling the rest of the scene.
- **Fast Generation:** Uses LCM Scheduler for results in ~35 seconds.
